How MyService Passport works
MyService Passport is service-request driven. You describe the service you need and the platform brings verified providers to you — there is no public provider directory to browse.
1. Submit a service request
Choose your registered unit by tracker code, or describe an unregistered unit. Nothing is created until you submit.
2. We validate and match
The unit and service location are validated, then qualified verified providers within coverage are identified automatically.
3. Providers send private offers
Matched providers receive a private booking opportunity and submit a quotation or accept the applicable fixed price. They cannot see competing offers.
4. Compare and select
Compare total price, breakdown, inclusions, exclusions, schedule, warranty, verified rating, reliability, distance, and Value Score. Offers are never ranked by lowest price alone.
5. Confirmation and contact
Once the provider accepts your selection, the booking is confirmed and only the minimum contact details needed for the visit are shared. In-app messaging stays the primary channel.
6. Record and protection
The service report, maintenance history, warranty tracking, and review are recorded against the unit after platform-recorded completion.
For your security, service history, warranty protection, and dispute assistance, keep all booking and payment arrangements within MyService Passport.

- • No direct solicitation before booking confirmation.
- • No sharing of external contact details before customer selection.

- • No lower platform quotations that are later moved outside the app.
- • No repeatedly directing customers to external channels.
Possible violations are reviewed by an authorised administrator with documented review and audit logs. Enforcement is progressive: warning, formal notice, temporary marketplace restriction, suspension, and termination for serious or repeated violations. Automated detection alone never suspends an account.
